Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This implementation draft should be reviewed by Appstra’s legal adviser before production launch, especially because analytics now runs by default.
This policy explains how Appstra Technologies Private Limited (“Appstra”, “we”, “us”) handles information connected with appstra.tech and correspondence sent to us.
Information you provide by email
Appstra.tech does not contain an enquiry form. If you select an email link and send a message, we receive the contact information and message you choose to provide through your email service. Please do not send identity documents, financial records or confidential business documents in an initial enquiry.
How we use enquiry information
We use email correspondence to review the enquiry, respond, assess a potential relationship, maintain necessary business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell partnership-enquiry information.
Email delivery
Selecting an email call to action opens your default email application. The website does not transmit or store the message. Your email provider and Appstra’s corporate email provider process the correspondence under their respective terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and your choice
On the production website, Google Analytics 4 runs by default unless you opt out. It may record the first page view before you make that choice. We use it to understand page views, scroll depth, important navigation, email-link selections, outbound ActiLearn clicks, carousel use and article engagement. We do not send email addresses, organisation names or message content to Google Analytics.
Use “Opt out” in the small analytics notice or “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. Your choice is stored in this browser. Opting out stops future analytics collection from this site in that browser and removes Google Analytics cookies available to this site. It does not retroactively remove data already sent before you opted out. You can turn analytics back on from Cookie preferences.
Storage and retention
The website does not store enquiries in a database or CRM. Emails received by Appstra are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, security and legal requirements. Email-provider logs may have separate retention periods.
Sharing and international processing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate corporate email and analytics, professional advisers where necessary, authorities where legally required, or parties involved in a legitimate corporate transaction. Some providers may process information outside India using appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may reject analytics without losing access to website content.
Children’s privacy
This corporate website and its partnership email links are intended for adults acting for organisations. Children should not send personal information to the corporate email address. Images of identifiable children are published only when Appstra has appropriate permission.
